As a part of the conditions of membership, each family is required to fulfil rostered duties during the year.
If for some reason you cannot discharge your rostered duty, you must organise for someone else to fill your place.
Your application for membership renewal is considered by the committee, relative to your family's rostered duty performance.
If you have any questions, please contact our club President.
Remember, that you will also be called upon to assist at other major events that the club hosts during each year.
CANTEEN PROCEDURES JULY 2010 TO JUNE 2011
YOUR PONY CLUB CANTEEN IS NOW BEING RUN BY A JOINT EFFORT OF SUZIE FERRARI (PURCHASING),
RICK (PURCHASING), SUZANNE ADAMS (ACCOUNTS AND PURCHASING).
AS FROM AUGUST 2010 THE ROSTER WILL HAVE SET CANTEEN TIMES
SEVEN PEOPLE WILL BE ROSTERED as followed:
8.30 AM TO 10.30 AM 3 PEOPLE
10.30 AM TO 1.30 PM 3 PEOPLE
12.30 PM TO 1.15 PM 7 (All hands on deck)
1.30 PM TO 3.45 PM 1 PERSON
ALL PEOPLE ROSTERED ON CANTEEN DUTY ARE ASKED
TO BRING A CAKE TO SELL EG: CHOCOLATE CAKE,
MUFFINS, DONUTS, TIM TAMS, PASSIONFRUIT CREAM CAKE!!
