Step 2: Read these notes:-  1.  Supply your own body number holder (may be purchased from event office on the day @ $25 each).                   A4 size insert sheets with the competitor number will be issued from the Event Office on the day.                    Bridle or saddle cloth numbers may be used during showjumping. 2.   Remove hay and manure from the grounds and take it home.  3.   Open Sections – comply with PCAV rules (PCAV Horse Trials Rules and PCAV Handbook) and PCAV Gear rules. 4.   Pony Club Sections – remember that your PCAV Club Member Card must be presented and it must be completed accurately.                   Grading cannot be changed at the event.  Step 3: Click here to complete on-line entry and payment          Questions? email our event secretary susan.burke7@bigpond.com

Duty Roster 2009 to June 2010 Thursday, 23 July 2009 Duty Roster             As a part of the conditions of membership, each family is required to fulfil rostered duties during the year. If for some reason you cannot discharge your rostered duty, you must organise for someone else to fill your place. Your application for membership renewal is considered by the committee, relative to your family's rostered duty performance.  If you have any questions, please contact our club President. We need to know by  Tuesday, before each rally!   Email Mel Werner melanie.werner@bigpond.com or Phone 0438003555 Here's Why This will ensure the canteen can cater prudently and that riding groups can be structured effectively without wasting dollars on any unnecessary food purchase and instruction due to absences. Please follow this system. The organisational requirements are difficult when the numbers are not known. We all need to make an effort to make it easier to run the club and save unnecessary financial wastage.
